From here, you can use filters to find the order(s) you need to process. You can even perform bulk actions on multiple orders to speed things up.
Clicking into a single order will reveal everything there is to know about who the customer is, the products they’ve purchased, billing and shipping addresses, what coupons have been used (if any), tax calculations, payment authorisation notes, and much more. There’s also a whole host of tools you can use to process an order or to make edits to an order which might have arisen from a customer contacting you. Whether you need to process a part-refund, apply a discount code, add or remove a product, simply cancel an order, or print a packing slip – you have everything you need to fulfill your orders quickly and efficiently no matter what customer challenge is thrown at you.
Order notifications are emails sent to you and your customer’s updating them of their order. Each of our emails are beautifully designed in your own branding and they can be viewed on any handheld device. There are several order notifications built into WooCommerce that will be automatically triggered based on the status of your order.
When you come to packaging your customer’s orders, don’t waste time copying down your customer’s shipping addresses and order details. Our one-click packing slips will automatically generate a packing slip you can quickly send to your printer to include in your packages.
You’ll have full access to your customer’s accounts enabling you to handle any query. Should you ever need to gift a customer with loyalty points, or view a list of their previous orders, you’ll be able to do this easily.

WooCommerce has an endless amount of features to manage your entire product catalogue. It doesn’t matter whether you have 10 or 10,000 products, WooCommerce, and our online store can handle it.
Whether you want to create simple products, or variable products with buying options such as colour and sizes, WooCommerce has the tools to help you do this.
WooCommerce comes with all the stock manager features you will ever need. Enter the stock quantity and WooCommerce auto-manages inventory and auto-updates stock status, out of stock, or on backorder. If you process a refund, you can choose whether or not to add the product back into your inventory.
If you wish to be notified of when certain products are close to being out of stock, set a low stock threshold. If you need to limit a product to one per order, select the sold individually option.
If you need to apply individual shipping rules to certain products then WooCommerce has the tools to do just this. For each product, you can input the weight, dimensions, and assign a shipping class. Shipping classes are used by certain shipping methods to group similar products. Certain shipping rules can be applied to these shipping methods to restrict the countries they’re delivered too, or what price to charge for shipping at checkout.

Product “Tags” are another way to relate products to each other, next to product categories. Contrary to categories, there is no hierarchy in tags; so there are no “subtags”.
